2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5195 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:

4 "of the municipalities that have adopted the agreement shall
5 not annex territory which lies within the jurisdiction of the
6 ~~any~~ other municipality or municipalities, as".
