1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2515
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2515 on page 4, by
3 inserting immediately below line 9, the following:
4 "(i) Nothing in this Section shall prevent a police officer
5 from taking lawful law enforcement action, upon providing fair
6 notice to disperse from property or land opened to the public
7 against any person, where the officer has a reasonable
8 suspicion, that the person may be violating, attempting to
9 violate, or conspiring to violate, any provision of this Code
10 apart from this Section.".
