on page 24, by replacing line 9 with the following:

"21, 1998 by the City of Waukegan, or .

(OO) if the ordinance was adopted on December 31, 1986 by the City of Oglesby."; and

on page 52, line 7, after "Waukegan", by inserting ", or (OO) if the ordinance was adopted on December 31, 1986 by the City of Oglesby".
