1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3640
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3640 on page 94,
3 line 33, after "issue", by inserting "(i)"; and

4 on page 95, line 2, after "Township", by inserting "and (ii)
5 one owners license authorizing the conduct of riverboat
6 gambling operations from a home dock located in a municipality
7 that (A) has a population of at least 75,000 inhabitants, (B)
8 is bordered on the East by Lake Michigan, and (C) is located in
9 a county, the entirety of which is located to the North of Cook
10 County, and authorizing its holder to conduct riverboat
11 gambling on Lake Michigan".
