AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2299

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2299, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 7, immediately below line 14, by inserting the following:

"(c-2) An applicant for a license as a pyrotechnic distributor shall not be granted a license if the distributor or any of its officers, if applicable, was convicted of a felony in the 5 years preceding the date of the application."; and

on page 15, line 15, after "systems", by adding ", unless the building is located in a municipality with a population of over 500,000 and has a sprinklered stage and proscenium curtains".
