SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

70 ILCS 2605/8d rep.

    Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Repeals a Section that authorizes the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District to transfer certain real property. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
2 District.

3     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:

5     (70 ILCS 2605/8d rep.)
6     Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act
7 is amended by repealing Section 8d.

8     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
9 becoming law.
