 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 632

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  632  on  page  1,
 3    line  30  by  replacing  "smallpox  vaccine"  with  "vaccine,
 4    including  without  limitation  smallpox  vaccine, to prepare
 5    for,  or  as  a  response  to,  a  threatened  or   potential
 6    bioterrorist incident"; and

 7    on  page  2,  line  6  by  inserting  after  the  period  the
 8    following:
 9    "This   amendatory  Act  of  the  93rd  General  Assembly  is
10    declarative of existing law and is not a new enactment."; and

11    on page 6,  line  2  by  replacing  "smallpox  vaccine"  with
12    "vaccine,  including  without limitation smallpox vaccine, to
13    prepare for, or as a response to, a threatened  or  potential
14    bioterrorist incident"; and

15    on  page  6,  line  9  by  inserting  after  the  period  the
16    following:
17    "This   amendatory  Act  of  the  93rd  General  Assembly  is
18    declarative of existing law and is not a new enactment.".
