 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 372

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 372 as follows:
 3    on page 2, lines 23 and 24, by deleting "at least 30  minutes
 4    of"; and

 5    on  page  2,  line  26, after "procedures.", by inserting the
 6    following:
 7    "Instructional materials shall be provided, at no cost to the
 8    school district, by America's Blood Centers, the American Red
 9    Cross, and the Gift of  Hope  for  distribution  through  the
10    State Board of Education."; and

11    on page 3, by deleting lines 6 through 12.
