 2        AMENDMENT  NO.      .   Amend  House  Resolution  12   as
 3    follows:

 4    on  page  36,  immediately  below  line  18, by inserting the
 5    following:
 6        "(e-1)  No legislative measure  may  be  considered  that
 7    contains  an  appropriation  of money from the State treasury
 8    for one or more "member initiatives" unless the appropriation
 9    for each member initiative is set forth as  a  separate  line
10    item   and   fully   described.   Appropriations  for  member
11    initiatives  may  not  be   contained   in   any   lump   sum
12    appropriation.".
