 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3597

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3597  on  page  6,
 3    immediately below line 22, by inserting the following:

 4        "Section    37.  Applicability;    municipalities    over
 5    1,000,000. This Act does not apply to any property located in
 6    a municipality with a population exceeding 1,000,000.".
