 1        AN ACT making appropriations to the State Comptroller.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 15.  The following  named  amounts,  or  so  much
 5    thereof  as  may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
 6    to the State Comptroller to pay the elected State officers of
 7    the Executive Branch of  the  State  Government,  at  various
 8    rates prescribed by law:

18    in Sections 15 through 30 are insufficient.

19        Section 99. Effective date.  This Act takes  effect  July
20    1, 2003.
