                                 MOTION

          I move to accept  the  specific  recommendations  of  the
      Governor as to House Bill 3313 in manner and form as follows:
                      AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3313
               IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
          Amend  House  Bill  3313 on page 1, line 29, by replacing
      "Bureau of the Budget" with "Governor's Office of  Management
      and Budget"; and

      on  page 3, line 19, by replacing "Bureau of the Budget" with
      "Governor's Office of Management and Budget"; and

      on  page  3,  line  23,  by  replacing  "State  programs  and
      agencies" with "major State programs as  identified  by  each
      agency"; and

      on  page  3, line 25, by replacing "State agency" with "major
      State"; and

      on page 3, line 32,  by  replacing  "State  government"  with
      "major State"; and

      on   page  4,  lines  1  and  2,  by  replacing  "Bureau,  in
      cooperation with the Comptroller and  State  agencies,"  with
      "Governor's  Office  of Management and Budget, in cooperation
      with State agencies,"; and

      on page 4, line 3, by replacing "State programs" with  "major
      State programs as identified by each agency"; and

      on  page  4,  lines 4, 20, and 31, by replacing "Bureau" each
      time it appears with "Governor's  Office  of  Management  and
      Budget"; and

      on   page  4,  line  17,  by  replacing  "expenditures"  with
      "appropriations"; and

      on page 4, lines 25, 27, and 30, by replacing "State agencies

      and programs" each time it appears with "major State programs
      as identified by each agency"; and

      on page 5, line 6, by  replacing  "Bureau"  with  "Governor's
      Office of Management and Budget"; and

      on  page 5, line 16, by replacing "Bureau of the Budget" with
      "Governor's Office of Management and Budget"; and

      on page 5, lines 17 and  18,  by  replacing  "Bureau  of  the
      Budget  Act" with "Governor's Office of Management and Budget
      Act in  the  annual  Comprehensive  Annual  Financial  Report
      prepared by the Comptroller".
