 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 1, line  6,  by  replacing  "Alton"  with  the
 5    following:
 6             "Alton, or
 7                  (Z)  if  the  ordinance was adopted on November
 8             11, 1996 by the City of Lexington, or
 9                  (AA)  if the ordinance was adopted on  November
10             5, 1984 by the City of LeRoy"; and

11    on  page  1, line 9, by replacing "Alton" with "Alton, or (Z)
12    if the ordinance was adopted on November 11, 1996 by the City
13    of Lexington,  or  (AA)  if  the  ordinance  was  adopted  on
14    November 5, 1984 by the City of LeRoy".
