AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 855, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 6, line 16, by changing "$1,000" to "$1,200 $1,000"; and

on page 6, line 19, by changing "gambling" to "an individual win on an electronic gaming device"; and

on page 6, line 20, by deleting "games"; and

on page 6, line 25, by changing "$1,000" to "$1,200".
