SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened
3to learn of the death of Richard Chester "Rich" Adamczewski,
4who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 76; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski was born on May 19, 1946 to the
6late Josephine and Chester Adamczewski and eventually moved to
7Forest Park; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski graduated from Lane Tech High
9School, the University of Illinois Chicago, and the Illinois
10Institute of Technology; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski was part of the Marine Corps
12Reserve and worked on the Friends of the Oak Park Library Book
13Fair; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski enjoyed playing handball and
15volleyball, running, reading, and traveling and was an active
16member of Ascension Catholic Church and Saint Bernardine
17Church; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski is survived by his wife, Doris
19Ann (Racansky); his children, Jonathan, Kristina, and Andrew;
20and his sister, Alicia; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
3Richard Chester "Rich" Adamczewski and extend our sincere
4condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved
5him; and be it further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
7presented to the family of Rich Adamczewski as an expression
8of our deepest sympathy.
