720 ILCS 610/4   from Ch. 8, par. 214

    Amends the Feeding Garbage to Animals Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning injunctions.

1     AN ACT concerning criminal law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Feeding Garbage to Animals Act is amended by
5 changing Section 4 as follows:

6     (720 ILCS 610/4)  (from Ch. 8, par. 214)
7     Sec. 4. A person violating this Act may be enjoined by the
8 ~~the~~Department from continuing such violation.
