    AN ACT concerning criminal law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Feeding Garbage to Animals Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 4 as follows:

    Sec. 4. A person violating this Act may be enjoined by the

the Department from
continuing such violation.
