Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act. Requires the Department of Human Services to establish a statewide toll-free telephone hotline for providing information and support to community mental health or developmental services agencies in connection with the operation of community-integrated living arrangements. Effective immediately.
