Biography: Born December 8, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio. Attended Farragut High School, (Chicago) 1969-1970. Youngest African American male ever appointed to serve as Assistant Majority Leader in the Illinois State Senate. Married (wife, Dawn) has five children, Wendy, Tamar, Tyler, Rickey and Skye. His softball team, The Fighting 5th competed in the National ASA Tournament coming in 15th out of 56 teams. The Fighting 5th played 3 games in the NSA as well
