Biography: Born and raised in Jacksonville, attended Jacksonville High School. B.A. in Political Science, Miami University of Ohio. Served on the Jacksonville City Council from 2008-2012, chairing the public protection and finance committees, and was an officer in the local Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and Library Board, and Vice President of I.R.C., Inc. Married (wife Kristen) with two sons.
