    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
adding Section 370d.1 as follows:

    (215 ILCS 5/370d.1 new)
    Sec. 370d.1. Group policies; chambers of commerce.
Companies that issue group policies of accident and health
insurance under this Article must offer such policies to local
chambers of commerce.
