Provides that in counties having a population in excess of 650,000 inhabitants but less than 3,000,000 inhabitants and in relation to fees charged to units of local government and school districts in counties with more than 3,000,000 inhabitants when a mailing fee is generated using an automated record keeping system, the fee shall be remitted monthly by the clerk to the county treasurer and retained as part of the court automation fund. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the bill but updates the Section amended to reflect the change made by P.A. 92-521.
