MOTOR VEHICLE FRANCHISE-DAMAGE                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Motor Vehicle Franchise Act with regard to  disclosure      
   of  damage.    Provides that a dealer need not report to the purchaser      
   of a new vehicle any damage to video and telephonic components if  the      
   video  and  telephonic  components  are  replaced  with manufacturer's      
   original equipment.
