Provides that the Act applies to labor organizations. Provides that "an employer is prohibited from deducting from wages or final compensation, including funds collected by an employer for a labor organization, any amounts for political purposes, unless the employer is provided written permission from the employee expressly allowing the employer to deduct the amounts from his or her wages or final compensation."
