VEH CD-CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides that  the  person  in      
   charge  of  a  construction  site  must maintain the entrance roads to      
   prevent construction debris from being deposited on adjacent  highways      
   by  construction or delivery trucks.  Makes it a petty offense for the      
   person in charge to fail to comply within a  reasonable  time  with  a      
   police officer's order to remove construction materials.
