TREAS-DEPOSITORY DISQUALIFICTN                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Deposit of State Moneys Act.  Provides that the  State      
   Treasurer must remove any State moneys or other public funds from, and      
   may  not in the future deposit any funds with, any bank or savings and      
   loan that has outstanding loans, lines of credit, or  other  evidences      
   of  indebtedness with any private or public employer that (i) by order      
   of the National Labor  Relations  Board  has  been  found  to  violate      
   provisions of the National Labor Relations Act, and (ii) is the target      
   of  an active unfair labor practices strike by a recognized collective      
   bargaining agent for that employer.  Effective immediately.
