Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Deposit of State  Moneys  Act  and  the  Public  Funds      
   Investment  Act.   Removes authorization for the deposit or investment      
   of public funds in credit unions or credit  union  share  accounts  or      
   share certificate accounts.
