Adds masonry to the list of work that requires that separate specifications be prepared for all equipment, labor, and materials for building construction contracts in excess of $250,000. FISCAL NOTE (Capital Development Board) SB 735 is expected to raise the cost of projects by as much as 10% to cover increased design, coordination and administrative costs. The yearly impact is estimated to be $45,000,000. It is also expected to raise the Agency's administrative costs by approximately $1,000,000 in the first year and $600,000 yearly thereafter.
