CRIM CD-ACCOUNTABILITY-FIREARM                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code  of  1961  relating  to  accountability.      
   Provides  that  a  person  is  legally  accountable for the conduct of      
   another when that person delivers a firearm,  firearm  ammunition,  or      
   any  other  dangerous  weapon,  explosive,  device,  or substance to a      
   person the  deliverer  knows  intends  to  use  the  firearm,  firearm      
   ammunition,  weapon, explosive, device, or substance in the commission      
   of an offense.
