Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.   Makes  technical  changes  to      
   Sections concerning bumpers.                                                
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          625 ILCS 5/12-608                                                    
        Amends the definition of "bumper" to include a device  or  system      
   of  devices  similar  in design to those with which new motor vehicles      
   are equipped.  Deletes a Section concerning bumper requirements.            
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2.                                                
        Makes a technical correction to the introductory clause.
