WARD COMMTEEMEN-PETITIONS                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election Code.  Provides that petitions for nomination      
   for candidates for ward committeeman must be signed by not  less  than      
   10%  (or  50, whichever is greater) nor more than 16% (or 50 more than      
   the minimum, whichever is greater) of  the  primary  electors  of  the      
   candidate's  party in the ward (now, those petitions must be signed by      
   not less than 10% nor more than 16% (or  50  more  than  the  minimum,      
   whichever is greater) of the primary electors of the candidate's party      
   in the ward).
