Short description: ENHANCED EDUCATION ACCESS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Resolves that that the community colleges in this State, as represented by the Illinois Community College Board, and the Illinois Student Assistance Commission continue to work together to enhance the educational opportunities for Illinois men and women in the State of Illinois and that the Illinois Community College Board and the Illinois Student Assistance Committee hold meetings to discuss recommendations for improving accessibility to postsecondary education for Illinois students and families. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1 Corrects references to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. Changes the date by which the Illinois Community College Board and the Illinois Student Assistance Commission should hold the meetings.
