Short description: EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Creates a legislative Advisory Committee concerning an Early Intervention Program. Requires the Department of Human Services to provide the oversight committee with monthly reports relative to early intervention. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Replaces everything after the title with the resolution as in- troduced, except changes the list of items for which the Early Inter- vention Legislative Advisory Committee shall be responsible and the list of items the Department must include in their monthly, interim, and final reports to the Committee. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Resolves that the Legislative Advisory Committee established by the resolution is the same committee that would be established under Section 13.50 of the Early Intervention Services System Act, pending the enactment of Senate Bill 461 of the 92nd General Assembly.
