Short description: 
WELL WATER CONTAMINATION GRANT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Environmental Protection Act.  Creates the Well  Water      
   Contamination  Grant  Program  to  help homeowners who have lost their      
   water source due to well contamination.  Amends the State Finance  Act      
   to   establish  the  Well  Water  Contamination  Grant  Program  Fund.      
   Effective immediately.
