Short description: 
RAVE CONTROL ACT                                                           

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Rave Control Act. Provides that no rave shall be  set      
   up,  run,  operated,  or  conducted  except  within  the  limits of an      
   incorporated municipality and no person may conduct, produce, sponsor,      
   promote, or otherwise organize  a  rave  without  a  permit  from  the      
   issuing  authority  of the municipality in which the rave is to occur.      
   Distinguishes an adult rave from a juvenile rave. Establishes  permit       
   procedures.  Provides  criminal  penalties  and  civil  liability  for      
   conducting  a  rave  without  a permit, conducting a clandestine rave,      
   aggravated conducting of a clandestine  rave,  conducting  a  criminal      
   rave, and aggravated conducting a criminal rave.
