Short description: 
VIOLENT STUDNT-DISCLOSE RECORD                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Department  of  State  Police  Law  of   the   Civil      
   Administrative  Code  of Illinois, the Illinois School Student Records      
   Act,  and   the   Mental   Health   and   Developmental   Disabilities      
   Confidentiality Act. If a student is enrolled in public school and has      
   a  propensity  for  violence,  (i) allows juvenile records and patient      
   records of  the  student's  psychiatrist,  clinical  psychologist,  or      
   clinical  professional  counselor  to  be  disclosed to an employee or      
   official of the  school  or  school  district,  (ii)  allows  juvenile      
   records  and  school student records to be disclosed to the therapist,      
   and (iii) allows patient records to be disclosed to a law  enforcement      
   officer  or  judge. Allows school student records to be disclosed to a      
   law enforcement officer or  judge  without  the  limitation  that  the      
   request  be for adjudication of a juvenile.  Amends the State Mandates      
   Act to require implementation without reimbursement.
