Senate Sponsors: RAUSCHENBERGER Short description: CONVEYANCE-KANE COUNTY-PADS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Waives the State's right of entry for condition broken with respect to certain land conveyed to the Association for Individual Development pursuant to Public Act 81-910, which took effect on January 1, 1980. Allows the Association to convey or otherwise transfer 2.5 acres and an easement to P.A.D.S. of Elgin, Inc. free and clear of the State's right of entry. The State retains its right of entry with respect to the balance of the land. Effective January 1, 2003.
