Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Public Health. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 20 ILCS 2310/2310-1 Adds reference to: 30 ILCS 360/3-3 from Ch. 17, par. 7203-3 Deletes everything. Amends the Rural Bond Bank Act. Provides that the total aggregate original principal amount of all bonds and notes issued by the Bank shall not exceed $245,000,000, excluding bonds issued to refund outstanding bonds (now, the total aggregate original principal amount of all bonds and notes issued by the Bank shall not exceed $200,000,000). Provides that no more than $60,000,000 in aggregate original principal amount of all bonds and notes issued by the Bank shall be used to purchase local governmental securities issued by governmental units located in Cook County or a county contiguous to Cook County (now, no more than $50,000,000 in aggregate original principal amount of all bonds and notes issued by the Bank shall be used to purchase local governmental securities issued by governmental units located in Cook County or a county contiguous to Cook County).
