RE-ENACT PROF BOXING ACT                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Re-enacts the Professional Boxing Act, formerly the  Professional      
   Boxing  and  Wrestling Act. Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act to repeal      
   the Professional Boxing Act on January 1, 2012. Effective immediately.
