Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $23,000,000 from the General  Revenue  Fund  to  the      
   Department  of  Human  Services, Office of Rehabilitation Services, to      
   increase the wages of personal  care  attendants.  Effective  July  1,      
   2002.
