Requires a municipality that acquires real property located in another municipality or unit of local government for certain airport purposes to compensate the municipality or unit of local government in which the property is located for any property tax revenue or other revenue that the municipality or other unit of local government would have enjoyed throughout the entire useful life of the real property that has been acquired.
