BOND CARE HOME-REGISTRATION                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Board and Care Home Registration Act.   Provides  that      
   registration  with  the Department on Aging shall be voluntary instead      
   of mandatory. Effective immediately.
