Short description: 
FOID CARD-FEE-VALIDITY                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act.  Increases the      
   fee for a card from $5 to $30, and provides that $13 of  the  increase      
   shall  be  deposited  into  the  State  Police  Services  Fund and the      
   remaining $12 shall be deposited into the  Violence  Prevention  Fund.      
   Shortens  the  period  of  validity  for a FOID card from 5 years to 3      
   years.
