INS PREEXISTING CONDITION LMIT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Illinois  Insurance  Code.   Prohibits  exclusion  of      
   coverage  based  upon a preexisting condition under a policy issued by      
   an insurer that provides coverage to an insured  who  was  covered  by      
   another  policy  issued by the insurer immediately before the issuance      
   of the new policy.  Effective immediately.
