RIVER CONSERVANCY DIST-AUDITS                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois State Auditing Act and the River  Conservancy      
   Districts  Act.  Requires the Auditor General to conduct annual audits      
   of the books and records of each River  Conservancy  District  and  to      
   file  a  certified copy of the reports of each audit with the Governor      
   and with the Legislative Audit Commission.
