Provides that the proper etiquette for and proper ways of rendering honor to the United States national flag shall be taught in all public schools and other educational institutions supported or maintained in whole or in part by public funds (now, just the proper use and display of the flag is taught). Provides that the State Board of Education shall devise or approve the curriculum for the teaching of American patriotism and the proper use and display of, proper etiquette for, and proper ways of rendering honor to the United States national flag.
