Short description: 
HWY CD-WATER-SEWER RELOCATION                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that whenever a  State      
   highway  construction  or  highway  safety  project  necessitates  the      
   relocation  of  public  or  private  water  or  sewer  facilities, the      
   Department of Transportation shall provide for the  relocation  within      
   the costs of the construction or highway safety project.                    
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Transportation)                           
          The legislation would require the Illinois Department of             
          Transportation to spend approximately $18.24 million annually        
          to fund all water and sewer facility relocations.
