Short description: WKR COMP POOLS-ADMINISTRATIVE Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Group Workers' Compensation Pools Article of the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that assessment orders of the Director of Insurance shall be prima facie correct and prima facie evidence of the amount of assessment. Establishes the administrative procedure for contesting assessments upon workers' compensation pools. Sets forth the manner in which the Director may enforce assessments. Applies to actions pending on or after January 1, 2001. Effective immediately.
