VEH CD-DUI-SERUM BLOOD ALCOHOL                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Allows a  serum-blood  alcohol      
   level  to  be  used, without converting it to a whole-blood result, as      
   evidence in a DUI case where blood has been drawn from  the  offender.      
   Effective immediately.
