Requires the Department of Human Services to prepare and publish a summary of the rules governing eligibility for and amounts of assistance under the TANF program, the availability of other types of assistance for TANF recipients, and the rights and responsibilities of TANF recipients. Requires the Department to post a copy of the summary in each of its offices that serves TANF recipients, in a conspicuous place that is accessible to the recipients. Effective immediately.
